An Amber Alert has been issued for two children from Somersworth, New Hampshire, who police say were abducted by their mother. Alaina and Chance Wilson were reported missing around 9:45 p.m. Thursday. They were last seen at their home around 7.30pm at 93 Colonial Village Park in Somersworth, where they live with their grandmother. Their grandmother has custody of the children. The two children appeared to have been pulled from the house through a window. Alaina Wilson’s phone was left on her bed. Alaina Wilson, 11, is described as white, 5ft 1in to 5ft 2in tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and weighs around 96 lbs. Wilson, 8, is described as white, 4ft, 6in to 4ft, 10in tall with brown hair, brown eyes and weighs around 68 pounds. Alaina and Chance Wilson are believed to have been abducted by their birth mother, Kaileigh Nichols, 32, described as white, 5ft, 1in tall with brown hair and eyes and weighing 125lbs. Police say Nichols took a vehicle from a relative in Maine and was seen in that vehicle at a school event in Somersworth on Thursday. The vehicle is a gray Honda Civic four-door sedan with Maine registration 2827A7, which is a veteran plate. Nichols suffers from drug addiction and is known to have mental health issues, police said.
