Phoebe Spiller has taken the Love Island Australia 2022 Villa by storm, and is currently in a couple with Kiwi hunk Mitchell after meeting him on day one.
Prior to entering the show, the 22-year-old fashion student opened up about her past romances in an exclusive interview with 9Entertainment, where she also discussed the stigma surrounding one-night stands.

Phoebe, who says she has “always gravitated towards AFL players” for relationships in the past, explained that while change is clearly on the horizon, it still “agitates” her that critics have a problem with one-night stands – particularly when it comes to women.
“So many things have progressed and I feel like it’s becoming less of an issue, but I still get really offended when I hear guys say certain things like, ‘Oh, she’s a s–t, she’s slept with this many people’,” she said.
“Come on. It really agitates me. What I do with my time and my body has nothing to do with anyone else but me.”

Phoebe added she has experienced men saying similar comments to her in the past.
“I’ve had guys say that, and I think, ‘How would you feel if they said those things to your little sister or mum? What makes you think you can go around and judge girls?'” she continued.
“It’s an ego thing, I feel. Honestly, I can do what I want so shut your mouth.”
The TV star said discussing and normalising the topic is the way for change to happen – and a change she very much wants to be part of.
In the same interview, Phoebe also spoke about her attraction to AFL stars.
“It’s really weird, as I don’t intentionally go for athletes. But I know so many and a lot of my friends date athletes, so I’m kind of just already around them,” she said.

“They’re all just great guys, and obviously good looking. But I’m never intentionally going for them, it just happens! I don’t want people to think that I only go for athletes.”
Phoebe recently said she hoped an AFL-playing Bombshell would come into the Villa to test her relationship with Mitchell – and funnily enough, it was announced this week that footy star Mitch Hibberd is making his grand return to the show next week.
