The Australian actress, fresh from hosting the BAFTAs, was born in Sydney but has been based in the United States in recent years.

The Bridesmaids star said she was moving to Britain after landing a role in a new drama that is set to be filmed there.
“It’s out later this year. It’s serious – like, really serious.”
It comes after the star, who recently lost a staggering amount of weight, joked about her body transformation during her BAFTA hosting gig.
Rebel dropped around 28kg in 2020, dubbing it her “year of health
“I might look a bit different from the last time you guys saw me here,” she told the celebrity audience at the Royal Albert Hall.
“Clearly it was to get the attention of Robert Pattinson. No seriously, it was to get more acting roles. I can now play the non-funny love interest in an Adam Sandler movie.”
Wilson also raised a middle finger to Russian President Vladimir Putin during the award show in protest against his nation’s invasion of Ukraine.
The host was introducing a performance inspired by the film CODA about a teenager coming of age in a deaf family when she made the gesture.
“In this performance there are two different interpreters,” Wilson said.
“One is signing ASL, which is American sign language, and one of them is signing BSL which is British Sign Language.
“Luckily, though, in all sign languages, this is the gesture for Putin.”
Rebel then raised her middle finger as the audience cheered.
